Food:  Excellent.  All Fresh ingredients.
Menu: Typical Chinese Menu; the usual choices.

Ordering Process:  Accurate and concise, both on the phone and in-person
Kitchen:  Clean...I mean freakin' immaculate. 

Stop in here for quality Chinese Food at prices you wouldn't expect.  It's very reasonable and when I say fresh ingredients....I mean attractive looking, garden-fresh veggies in many of the dishes.  Often times a Chinese restaurant calls it "mixed vegetables" but what they really mean is "lots of onions with a handful of pea-pods and straw-mushrooms mixed in"..  At China Express, you get carrots, pea-pods, mushrooms, fresh-bell and sweet peppers and other goodies, all farm fresh.  It's truly a delight.
The portions are typical and the "large" orders of the standard items usually do not disappoint.  You can have what you dont finish the next day for lunch!
